NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Main Entrance, Box Elder County Courthouse, 43 North Main, Brigham City, Utah, on March 13, 2012, at 12:15 p.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed on March 22, 2001 by Bradford J. Woolsey and Shandis M. Woolsey, as trustors, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Old Kent Mortgage Co., its successors and assigns, covering the following real property purported to be located in Box Elder County at 14490 North 6000 West, Garland, UT 84312 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as: Part of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 12 North, Range 3 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, also known as Proposed LOT 1 OF WOOLSEY SUBDIVISION, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East right of way line of 6000 West Street, said point being North along the Section line 660.00 feet and East 33.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 14; thence East 193.70 feet; thence South 111.40 feet; thence West 193.70 feet to said East right of way line; thence North along said line 111.40 feet to the point of beginning. Woolsey and Shandis M. Woolsey. The sale is subject to bankruptcy filing, payoff, reinstatement or any other circumstance that would affect the validity of the sale. If any such circumstance exists, the sale shall be void, the successful bidder 's funds returned and the trustee and current beneficiary shall not be liable to the successful bidder for any damage. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day following the sale.
