NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Main Entrance, Farmington District Court, 800 West State Street, Farmington, UT, on March 13, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed on January 25, 2007 by Jeffery G. Norman and Carrie L. Norman, as trustors, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for American Mortgage Network, Inc., its successors and assigns, covering the following real property purported to be located in Davis County at 3143 West 1150 North, West Point, UT 84015 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as: Lot 32, NEW HAMPTON MANOR SUBDIVISION NO. 3, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the county recorder of Davis County, State of Utah. Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
