NOTICE OF TRUSTEE\'S SALE
The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale, 11 1 at the east main entrance of the Box Elder County Courthouse, a/k/a First Judicial District Courthouse, 43 North Main, Brigham City, Utah, on Monday, March 19, 2012, at the hour of 3:00 p.m. of that day for the purpose of foreclosing a deed of trust originally executed by Bingham and Cathy Bingham, favor of Home Loans, covering real property located at approximately 3930 West 2350 North, Corinne, Box Elder County, Utah, and more particularly described as:
A PART OF LOTS 16, 17, 18, 19 AND 20 OF BLOCK 181, PLAT A, CORINNE CITY SURVEY, BEGINNING AT A POINT 78 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK 181, PLAT A, CORINNE CITY SURVEY, SAID POINT BEING ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK 181, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 99 FEET, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 132 FEET, MORE OR LESS, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 99 FEET, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 132 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. The current beneficiary of the trust deed is JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the notice of default Bingham and Cathy Bingham. The trustee\'s sale of the aforedescribed real property will be made without warranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances. Bidders must be prepared to tender $5,000.00 in certified funds at the sale and the balance of the purchase price in certified funds by 10:00 a.m. the following business day. The trustee reserves the right to void the effect of the trustee’s sale after the sale based upon information unknown to the trustee at the time of the sale, such as a bankruptcy filing, a loan reinstatement, or an agreement between the trustor and beneficiary to postpone or cancel the sale. If so voided, the only recourse of the highest bidder is to receive a full refund of the money paid to the trustee. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT.
