NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
PERRY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Planning Commission will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, as part of its regular meeting (which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012), public hearings to receive public comment regarding: (1) a Conditional Use Permit application for a home business (a speech therapy business named “Something to Talk About”), with visiting clientele, by Heather Ferguson, located at 197 West 2050 South in Perry City (also identified as Lot 2 in Wilk-N-Son Subdivision No. 2); and (2) an ordinance to amend certain provisions of the “in-fill ordinance” (PMC Chapter 45.08) to provide minimum frontage requirements for multi-family housing along Highway 89 (in the NC2 and NC3 zones).
