The following-described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 24th day of February, 2012, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, on the front steps of the Second Judicial District Court, 800 W. State Street, Farmington, Utah 84025, at 11:00 a.m. on said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by ANNAMARIE SIERRA, as Trustor, in favor of PAUL OWEN SMITH and BETTY LOUISE PALMER SMITH, TRUSTEES OF THE PAUL OWEN SMITH FAMILY PROTECTION TRUST, DATED APRIL 1, 1999, as Beneficiary, recorded December 6, 2005, as Entry No. 2128001 in Book 3925 at Page 360 in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah. Said property is located at 111 Parkway Drive, Clearfield, Utah 84015, and is more particularly described as:
All of Lot 5, Block 3 LAYTON PARK SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorderís Office.
Tax Parcel No. 12-017-0059.
The record owner of the subject property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is ANNAMARIE SIERRA.
Notice of Default was recorded October 14, 2011, as Entry No. 2621316 in Book 5379 at Page 244 of said official records.
Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances.
